We are a small digital studio operating as Mage Digital LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. We design and build brand identities, marketing websites and product interfaces, and we support them with technical SEO and analytics. That is the entire service list. We do not resell software, we do not run paid media budgets, and we do not subcontract your project to an agency you have never met.
B2B software companies, professional services firms, manufacturers and education or non-profit organisations, typically between two and two hundred people, with someone internally who can make decisions. If you need a hundred landing pages a month, we are the wrong studio.
We take on two clients at a time so that the people who designed your project are the people who build it. The waitlist is how we queue introduction calls in order. Joining costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and does not put you on a marketing list.
Launch is $3,900, Studio is $8,900, and the Partner retainer is $5,500 per month, all in US dollars. Those are fixed prices for fixed scope, published in full on this page. Project work is invoiced 50% on signature and 50% on delivery. We do not bill hourly and we do not add surprise line items.
Three to four weeks for Launch and six to eight weeks for Studio, measured from the day we receive your content and brand inputs. Every proposal carries dated milestones, and if a date is going to move you hear it from us first.
You do. On final payment, all deliverables and their intellectual property transfer to your company in writing, including source files and repository access. We keep no licence over your brand and no hold over your hosting. We ask only for permission to show finished work in our portfolio, and you may decline.
Cancel within five business days of signing and before work begins and your deposit is refunded in full. After that, refunds are prorated against milestones actually delivered. The full policy, including how to raise a dispute with us before contacting your bank, is on the Refunds page.
Yes, and we publish the list rather than hiding it. We decline adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency and token offerings, payday lending and credit repair, firearms, cannabis and vaping, prescription pharmaceuticals, multi-level marketing, data brokerage, and political campaign work. The full list is in our Terms of Service.
It is stored on our own server and used only to contact you about working together. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and this site runs no advertising or analytics trackers. Ask us to delete your record and we will do it within thirty days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Mage Digital LLC is registered in New Mexico and works with clients across the United States, remotely, on Mountain Time. Contracts are governed by New Mexico law and invoices are issued in US dollars.
